OCEANMAN USA Announces First Event in the United States: Haulover Park, Miami | November 14–16, 2025

MIAMI, FL — June 12, 2025 — OCEANMAN, the world’s premier open water swimming series, proudly announces its U.S. debut with a landmark event at Haulover Park, Miami, scheduled for November 14–16, 2025.

With a global presence spanning Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, OCEANMAN now brings its unique blend of elite competition, wellness, and adventure to American shores for the first time.

The Miami event marks a new chapter in the OCEANMAN’s North American expansion and reaffirms the city’s status as a global destination for water-based sports, thanks to its deep-rooted history in aquatic disciplines and international reputation as a water-sport capital. Haulover Park, with its scenic shoreline and rich natural surroundings, offers the perfect blend of cultural relevance and international visibility for this landmark race.

OCEANMAN USA will offer a full range of race formats to engage swimmers of all levels:

  • OCEANMAN (10 km): The series’ flagship long-distance race and qualifier for the World Final.

  • Half OCEANMAN (5 km): A mid-distance challenge open to amateur and competitive swimmers alike.

  • Sprint (1–2 km): A fast-paced swim, perfect for beginners and speed-focused athletes.

  • OCEANKIDS (500 m): A youth-friendly race for ages 7–14 to foster the next generation of open water enthusiasts.

  • OCEANTEAMS (3×500 m): Fun relay race for teams of three; perfect for families, friends, and warm-ups.

All races will feature multiple age and ability categories, including juniors, masters, and athletes with disabilities—ensuring inclusive and fair competition.

OCEANMAN in USA is led by a dynamic team of accomplished professionals Premier Event Partners of OCEANMAN:

  • Lenny Krayzelburg, four-time Olympic gold medalist, founder of SwimRight Academy.

  • Dmytro Kachurovskyy,  FINA Referee and former President of the Ukrainian Swimming Federation.
